Here is a Prayer for Forgiving others:
Heavenly Father, I forgive anyone who has ever wronged me or hurt me
or cursed me or lied to me or prayed witchcraft prayers over me and I
bless them in the Name of Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father I ask You to
forgive me for any unforgiveness, any bitterness, any anger, any strife,
any animosity, and any resentment that I have in my heart toward anyone
at this time, in Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
Have you ever been in a situation that you know is wrong and you go along just to get along? Or am I the only one?????
In this season we are taking hold of our independence, but this independence, honesty and need to be forthright must start with ourselves.
If someone is gossiping, tell them to be quiet, or make it clear that you are not comfortable with them gossiping around you.
If you are tired of having just enough money at the end of the month, make time to sit down and create a budget.
If you have not been kind to someone, walk up to the person and apologize.
This time of acceptance is not just for everyone around you in this world, it’s for you. You must stand up for what is true in you.
You never know, the courage you express on your job, at school, on in your relationship may inspire people around you to stand in their truth as well… and where there is truth, there is freedom.
Heavenly Father, I (we) come to You now in the Name of my
(our) Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
Lord Jesus Christ, I (we) ask You, according to John 14:13- 14, to cover
me (us) with Your anointing, glory, and tangible Presence, give me (us) a
fresh new release and flow in my (our) inner man with rivers of living
waters springing up forth abundantly with Life abundant, fill me (us) to
over-flowing with Your favor, compassion and love, Your wisdom and
understanding. Anoint me (us) to hear Your Voice not that of a stranger,
cause me (us) to clearly discern Your Voice over that of a strange voice.
Give me (us) Your eyes to see spiritually, and a heart to understand and
be led by Your Holy Spirit, clearly, help me to be bold, confident and be
obedient, to do Your will. Fill me (us) with Your gifts, anointings, and
blessings and all else You have for me (us). Lord Jesus Christ I (we) ask
You according to John 14:13 – 14 to anoint me (us). Pour out Your
Anointing on me (us). (Apply the anointing oil to the forehead now.) I
(we) receive Your Anointing in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the
Holy Spirit. Lord Jesus Christ, I (we) ask You, according to John 14:13 –
14, to do all these things and let Your love so brightly shine through me
(us) into others and as an act of worship to You, in Jesus’ Name, to God
be the Glory. Amen!
I’m a person who smiles all the time. Honestly now it is a habit, so most of the time people are not visually aware of how I really see a particular situation or how I am truly feeling. While this has its advantage in the business world, it was something the Holy Spirit brought to my attention.
While there is nothing wrong with smiling, I came to realize that I wasn’t allowing myself to experience any feeling that I considered “bad.” I had to learn how to give myself permission to be tired, upset, or disappointed. Sometimes, we as Christians feel obligated to be the sun in everyone’s day when that is merely not true. I have learned that I am a vessel for God; even when I am not smiling.
It is not a sin to be in a bad mood, but with each temperament, we can choose how to express a emotion throughout the day. That is what the scripture means when it says be angry but sin not. Acknowledge the passion but take authority of how you express it to those around you.
Ok, guys its that time again. It’s time to learn the power of forgiveness!
What is there to gain by learning how to forgive? Here are some benefits of forgivenesss:
- Healthier relationships.
- Improved mental health.
- Less anxiety, stress, and hostility.
When you are able to move past a mistake someone has made against you, you then open a new door that is elevated past the experience and welcomes you into a world of development and maturity. You are now saying to the world that you can not be held captive to past pains and circumstance.
This New Freedom exudes love not only in your work relationships, or school, but in your personal relationships as well. You no longer have to be stressed by things that happened to you or feel hostile about the things that happened around you. You now become a person who holds the key to every door you wish to walk through. Instead of feeling like you’re being dragged through every door that life throws at you.
Remember. Forgiveness equals freedom. Stop by next week and learn the steps of forgiveness.
Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus, my Lord, my Savior. I come
to You with a heart of thanksgiving. I thank you for all the good things in
my life, for You are the Creator of all things good. Father, I thank You
for Your Presence. For in Your Presence is the fullness of my joy and in
Your Presence I am complete and whole. In Your Presence I have
purpose. Because of Your Presence, I am glad to be here. Father, I thank
You for Your plan, that I might have a full life and enjoy it and have it in
abundance to overflowing. Father, I thank You for Your provision, that
all my needs are met according to Your riches in glory and that I may
prosper in all areas of my life as my soul prospers. Father, I thank You
for Your protection, that Your perfect love casteth out all fear and that no
weapon formed against me shall prosper. Father, I thank You for Your
peace. The peace that passes all understanding. The peace that keeps me
calm and secure through adversity. The peace that leads me through all
the storms that come into my life. Father, thank You for my life and
Your Presence in it. In Jesus Name. Amen
No matter where you are and what you are doing an attitude of worship can elevate the way your experience life.
What is an attitude of worship? It is when you can look into the face of life and see God in it. Guess what, as long as we live on this earth there will be both good days and bad days. But when we choose to find “God” in every situaion, we are taking a fighting stance in life. You may be late to work, but you can say, “Ok God you may have been protecting me from a potential car accident, thank you, Lord.” A relationship may end, but God may have been trying to get you the job you have been praying for located in the state your partner didn’t want to travel to.
The Bible says that all thing work together for our good. So if we stop looking at the situation and look at God, we will then see the glory in every story. That my friend is an attitude of worship. Choosing to live in a place where God rules, thrives, and has His perfect way.
Heavenly Father, I pray that you will forgive me and every member of
my family and all of my friends for anything we have done wrong. Lord
help me to forgive anyone who may have hurt me and help anyone that I
may have hurt or upset to forgive me. Lord, help me to love others and
do what you want me to do. Please come into my heart Lord, and wash
away my sins. Lord, help my family to be happy and love one another
and not be sad or mad at each other. Dear Lord, please take care of my
loved ones and protect and love them as they care for me. I thank you for
this wonderful day. Please show my family how much You love them
and that you will always be there for them. Teach us to always come to
you in prayer. Lord, I pray that every member of my family and all of my
friends will accept You into their hearts so that they will go to heaven.
