Monday Meditation

Hello ladies and gentlemen it’s that time again… Time to meditate. For today’s issue I want to discuss comfort tea. One of my favorite things to do when it’s time to slow down is to drink tea because it’s hot in nature it makes you take your time and sip.

The craziness of the day can cause stress headaches and even body pains. Take a moment to to sit and sip. Choose to think about at least one positive thing that has happened today. Being grateful will ignite a peace and joy to your day that wasn’t there before. Selah.
